Adams Outdoors operates two camps on beautiful Lookout Mountain in northeast Alabama. The camps offer affordable cabins, lodges, huts and campsites for families and groups. Pets are allowed.

Adams Outdoors operates Cherokee Camp on top of Lookout Mountain near Mentone, Alabama, Desoto State Park and Little River Canyon National Preserve. Cherokee Camp provides lodging and recreation for couples, families and groups. Affordable mountain top lodging includes solar powered cabins and primitive campsites with beautiful views of the valley 1000 feet below. Pets are allowed and lodging is DISCOUNTED for groups of fourteen or more and guests visiting mid-week.

Bill and Rebecca Adams, owners of Adams Outdoors, specialize in providing customized activities, services and detailed information for their guests. They offer raft rentals, rappelling instruction, and mountain explorations for groups. Their group explorations provide experiences in Lookout Mountain's nature, geology, topography, and local history.

The natural wonders of Desoto State Park and 500 feet deep Little River Canyon provide exceptional sites for hiking, rafting/canoeing, rappelling, rock climbing, swimming, fishing, mountain biking, off-road ATV riding, caving, horseback riding, and nature studies. In northwest Florida, Adams Outdoors rents a riverfront cottage and campsites at the confluence of Blackwater Bay and Yellow River. It is privately located on 14 acres with 450 feet of waterfront and a boat slip/dock. This fisherman's paradise provides quick access to fresh, brackish, or saltwater fishing. Within short distances are the Navarre National Seashore beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and Blackwater River canoe trails. The cottage and campsite locations are also perfect for incredible bird watching and spectacular sunsets over Florida wetlands.
