Founded to preserve the history of motorsports, and to enshrine those individuals who made significant contributions to its growth.  The Hall of Fame has a gift shop, research library, over 100 vehicles from all forms of racing, plus dozens of display cases with memorbilia.

Country’s most comprehensive education and rehabilitation program for deaf and blind children and adults. Campus buildings notably restored include Manning Hall (1850), Jemison House (1898) and Grace Hall (1878).
Family-owned and -operated farm winery produces award-winning table wines from estate-grown scuppernongs, muscadines and French-hybrid grapes. Among selections are Dixie Blush, Dixie Gold, Autumn Blush, Festive Red.
Walking tour. Built 1836, is oldest courthouse in continuous use in Alabama. Classic architectural features afford interesting study.
