Daphne
Located on the eastern shoreline of Mobile Bay just off Interstate 10, Daphne is a historic small town dating back to the late 1700s. Attractions
Andrew Jackson climbed this oak and rallied 3000 troops in 1814, CSA camped here 1861–65 and Union troops came ashore here en route to Battle of Spanish Fort. Picnic area, nature trail, 7 champion trees.

Union soldiers slept here en route to the Battle of Spanish Fort in 1865. Slave loft still intact. Graves dating back to 1847. Local artifacts.
